The last time they said they were fixing it and done, we waiting 20 minutes for them to bring it out front. When I finally walked back to the 'bay' to see what was happening, it was just running, hood up and no one around. Idiots. Do better.

I then looked them up on the BBB and they are not accredited and have 3 alerts from large amounts of investigations. If you want an excellent experience go across the road and buy from Miles RV. My dad bought a new camper from them 3 weeks after I bought mine and wow what a great experience. I even got the managers involved at camping world and they just plain don’t care about their customers.

When I do get someone on the phone they always say “I’ll call you back” and never do. They tell me “we will have to tech out to you next week” and weeks go by with no phone call to update me on the status. Just all around a horrible experience with this place. They will never have me as a customer again!
