Thank you James, Matt, John J., Jeremiah, Josh and Leah! Forgive me if I missed anybody! These are the dream team and need a raise or a bonus! They made my purchase as carefree as they could. Between the stress of the Kodak camping world trying to screw us over with money, or the insurance lady giving us problems for 4 hours, or the camper from Alabama giving us a hard time, they made sure that we were happy and comfortable the entire time. This is a very happy customer, God bless this branch ❤️

Service department is another story. Rude and generally disinterested service advisors. They have no incentive to be friendly or helpful. Paid hundreds (if not more) for a couple of basic fixes that took hours to diagnose (even though I came in telling them what I suspected the problem was). Would go back for service if I had to, but definitely wouldn't be my first, second, or third choice.

The last time they said they were fixing it and done, we waiting 20 minutes for them to bring it out front. When I finally walked back to the 'bay' to see what was happening, it was just running, hood up and no one around. Idiots. Do better.
