I did not even stop in for an oil change this time (and I might add their oil changes are swift and precise and get the job done), no this time I went in because the undercover of my car was hanging loose and scraping on the road and they fixed it for me. I was assured the car in front of me would be done in 10 minutes and I would be next and out the door in 20 minutes total. I waited there for over 20 minutes without being seen and had to leave. Not very happy I wasted time waiting after being told it would not take that long.
