While we have had good sales reps to work with at each location, EJ at Camping World in Greenville, NC surpassed them all. This 26 year old young man was kind, polite and respectful. He listened to us as we explained how much we LOVE our 328RL Outback but how grandchildren can change your needs. We have visited three dealerships this year just looking at floorplan options and models at different price points. Again, each sale rep was fine but there is something about this young man. Thank you, EJ, for all you did for us today. I have a feeling we will be seeing you soon.

We were assigned to a very new salesperson who seemed unprepared, lacked professionalism, and communicated in a way that felt rehearsed rather than genuine. After mentioning we were interested in a leftover 2024 model, he showed little interest in showing us other options. Before providing any pricing or a basic breakdown sheet, he insisted on running my credit. When I asked for a detailed price sheet, I was told it couldn’t be provided unless my credit was pulled first. This approach felt unprofessional and raised concerns about transparency—especially regarding potential hidden fees. I would strongly advise future buyers to proceed with caution, as the process felt unnecessarily pushy and not customer-focused.
- AAAmberNov 14, 20251.0Let’s start this off by saying I know nothing about campers but after viewing one on the website I was in love and wanted to see it in person. I drive an hour to this place, only to be told that I have to show my ID to view any campers. UGH! We get paired with a salesman (can’t remember his name) from the moment we started he was super pushy, asked us a million and a half questions that we made clear several times that we’re here to look as we want to see options and the specific camper to drove an hour to see. He goes to the sales tower and takes us out to the smallest camper on the lot, after we said we would need room for at least 8 people on a regular basis. My husband very nicely declined his offer to view the camper, and we left. As someone who works in sales, this is NOT the way to handle business. Our sales rep was itching to get my social for the credit app even after we made it abundantly clear that we just wanted to look. These are poor and predatory sales tactics. 👎🏻 I would suggest anywhere but camping world. And an additional note to my sales rep, please put deodorant on before you try to sell things and get into tight spaces with customers. It was foul.

Ashun Jackson (sales) and Will Decker (finance) worked extra hard to find exactly what my husband and I wanted in a Class “C” RV versus a Class “A” RV that was a total nightmare. We have always camped with a travel trailer. Now that we are retired, we want to travel and not have to spend a lot of time with set up. Now that all is good….let the memory making begin! Can’t wait to start the next leg of our camping journey!

He was attentive to each of our specific needs in a camper and listened, responding by showing us the campers we initially thought we wanted, but then the actual camper of our dreams. He was present throughout the entire purchase, and unlike many sales representatives in most sales industries, he has continued to be a beacon and sounding board for our craziest questions. TJ is the right man for the job. He is a natural salesman, as he makes an honest connection with the client, something that can't be replicated unless you genuinely believe in your product and, more importantly, yourself.
