Told them to bring back the estimate for the oil pan which they did and they have not done anything this is ridiculous. I also went to the one in Burlington and they stripped my oil plug and put a bolt not even the right size on it. Insane do not recommend coming here and I want corporate to reach out to me to replace my parents oil pan for stripping there plug.
- LFLucas FoxDec 29, 20251.0Failed me on inspection because “my emergency brake wouldn’t hold the car while in Drive” took it straight to Jiffy Lube and they passed it because the E brake will hold the car while giving holding the accelerator half way to the floor. Also, Strickland told me it had to hold while giving it gas, (which it does) and that is not correct. By law it must hold the car still, in drive, without accelerating.
