He routinely checked and showed me the oil just to say that I actually do not need one based on the color. He told me I had a little over 1K miles left based on my last service. I then realized that I had my mileage set incorrectly on my car. Any other company would have taken my money anyway but instead Ian chose integrity and being a great face for the brand. I will be returning once my remaining miles are finished. Thank you Ian for saving me $100 today. In this economy it means a lot.
