  Service was good. The only issues I had was that a 15 minute oil change took 45 minutes and the price was high. Even after the Groupon, it was still over $100 for a synthetic oil change due to "shop charges". Additionally my tire pressure is still wrong.

  The manager there is awesome! Very professional! His knowledge on everything was amazing. He was very clear on explaining what was going on. He definitely ran an awesome team operation.

  The manager has some serious problems dealing with employees He called an employee "stupid" in front of customers and other employees. The employee was just trying to apply a discount for a customer. I also overheard his yelling at the employee afterwards as I was sitting inside and he was out in the bay area.

  I got here and Jacob told me he couldn’t get me a price until he saw how much oil I needed. He then came back and said it would be $107. I showed him a $26 off coupon I had. Then, he went back outside and came back a minute later saying he forgot to add the shop fees and it was actually $127. When he rang me out, he said that because I wasn’t satisfied with their service, he’d give me the most discount possible and then took off $4 more than the coupon I had. This is by far the most I’ve ever been charged for an oil change and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. This is a disappointment considering I got oil changes at a Jiffy Lube in Raleigh for 6 years and I expected the same level of service and similar price than there. I will not be coming back to any Jiffy Lube from now on.

  Things are getting expensive, so I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with plans to only pay taxes, per what was advertised. 1. Well, I was then hit with a $10 fee for “shop supplies” which wasn’t listed on the Groupon advertisement. Manager stated this new fee started been implemented 1-2 months ago. That’s fine, but it should be noted on Groupon and else where. I even called and asked how much a full synthetic oil change was PRIOR to me even buying the Groupon. I was told, $109.99. They didn’t even mention the shop supplies fee then. While $10 isn’t a lot, it’s the principle and I don’t like surprise fees. When I called, they should’ve said it’s $109.99 plus $9.99 shop supplies fee and taxes. What is shop supplies fee anyway? I’m already paying for the service/labor and the materials. That’s outrageous!! 2. When I left and looked at my receipt again, I saw they supposedly checked tire pressure and said it was okay 😂 That’s laughable because my tire pressure light was on before I got there and guess what.. it was on when I left. That means they hear dishonest and don’t really check it. 3. They didn’t remove the oil change date sticker or give me a new one 🤦🏾‍♂️ I visited this location back in June 2025 and had a poor experience. I was there for well over an hour, almost 2, due to them not having a part and going to get it. I ended up missing my son’s taekwondo performance due to this. After this second negative experience, I doubt I’ll return to Jiffy Lube at all, but definitely not this location. I’ll note the only issue at the June visit was the wait. This visit (10/25/25) was worse than the June visit.
