  Tim & the staff at Caldwell Collision Inc. outdid themselves on my 2002 F-250. The repair was done professionally and my truck looks great! These guys know how to deliver quality results. I highly recommend them!

  Took my damaged vehicle to them for an estimate because they were the "Select Service Provider". Figured the process would be easier. Nope! They never submitted the estimate, never called me, and said the next step for me would be to wait for them to call for an appointment for the repair. My claims specialist called and was told that I was wanting prices on everything which a) I only asked for an estimate and b) isnt that what an estimate is? I by no means demanded anything like the agent was told. Even after the agent called...nothing! Second issue, they gave me an initial estimate of just under $5000 but said it would probably double and told my agent that it may total my car! I get it that car repairs can be pricey but I just bought it and the damage is minimal and involved only one sensor. Wound up taking it to a reputable shop. They're estimate was roughly the same as Caldwell's initial estimate. They also said it would be more due to the sensor calibration, however, they said the high end would be $1,300 for that to be done. It would have taken almost $15,000 of damage to total my vehicle. So how on earth did they expect to find another $10,000 to add to it!? I will say that the staff were very pleasant but that doesnt make up for the problems I've had and feeling like some shady business is being done.

  Without going into great detail, I could take this moment to reflect on the heartache of finding your vehicle damaged after a fun day out. The dread of dealing with insurance companies, repair shops, etc., when it becomes a Reality. I was fortunate enough To deal with Caldwell Collision. From the moment I walked in and meeting Tim and I believe his wife the process of having my car repaired to put it mildly was a very pleasant experience, from dealing with the insurance company, the car rental calling me and emailing me all information necessary to keep me posted on every detail of their Progress. Thank you, Tim and the entire crew at Caldwell Collision for a job well done, my car is as new again!

  The best place to take ur vehicle to be fixed. They actually tell u everything that is going on. I love how they fixed my car for me. Will be back hopefully not anytime soon I have always used that place to fix my vehicles. Will not go anywhere else.
