- MKMichael KenneyDec 17, 20255.0Read the 1 star reviews and It doesn’t make sense to me. We met Alan at the Raleigh RV show in early 25. Had questions, he answered. He also told me about one 2023 unit they had left on the lot. Went down to take a look. It was exactly what we wanted. Preston sat with me for about 2hrs and answered every question, this occurred about a week prior to purchase. On the day of purchase. Alan basically went through all I needed to know once again, and answered additional questions I had. From the front end folks to the back end, no one was pushy or desperate for a sale. Brought the unit in a couple of weeks ago for some warranty work and winterizing. This time the counter staff and Will went through everything I wanted done. With my experience, everyone I’ve dealt with to this point has been very professional and courteous. We recommend this company. In my opinion you receive better service from smaller family owned businesses than large scale chains.
