We just bought a Land Cruiser from this dealership and had an amazing experience! Jordan was our sales person and he was very good about communicating expected arrival of the Land Cruiser and sending pictures when it got there! He did an excellent job explaining all the details to us and we will definitely buy from him again! Kelly was our finance guy and he was awesome as well! Both very personable! They both made the experience of buying a car enjoyable! Thank you guys!

We had a two great experiences purchasing vehicles from Toyota/Mazda dealership. Our grandson recently bought a Tacoma truck and we have just purchased a Highlander. Jackson the Sales Consultant and Chris the Finance Manager were willing to work with us and they were very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Antonio P. was very helpful with my recent purchase. He was respectful of my timeline and budget and made strong recommendations based on my needs / wants. I will be recommending him and his team to family and friends looking to buy their next Toyota, and would 100% go back to him with other vehicle needs.

I have documentation and receipts to support everything stated here. In April of last year, Devin worked on my truck, including the water pump, alternator, and brakes. The work was not done correctly and resulted in ongoing issues that caused me to miss work. I had to bring the vehicle back three separate times before the problem was finally resolved. More recently, about two weeks ago, I had Josh complete front-end work, including new shocks, upper and lower control arms, and related components. After only two days of driving, I had to bring the truck back again, resulting in another missed day of work. I was required to wait in the lobby for four hours during the second visit, and no rental vehicle was offered, which would have at least allowed me to continue working. This repair cost approximately $6,000, and I am still hearing concerning noises from the front end, leading me to believe further issues may arise. I’m not even going to raise hell about the $185 diagnostic fee even though Toyota you were doing the work!!! Based on my repeated experiences, I would not recommend this shop for anyone needing major repairs. I’m sorry a 20 dollar coupon, and a tank of gas doesn’t fix those problems Scott, that’s the service manager. Photo 1:is Devin’s work to from doing water pump, alternator etc. Photo 2: is broken components and wiring destroyed the day after Devin had the work done, he wanted me to keep shut about. Photo 3: is the last time cost and headache from Josh, which lied to me a few times but I’m used to that this location.

My wife and I went to this location after Christmas to get an oil change. A process that takes 45 mins to an hour to do. We got there 25 mins before our scheduled appointment time and checked in. Our appointment was at 10:30 so we were there at 10:10. Did not leave till 1:30. This took almost 3 and a half hours. This was unacceptable. Granted this was a free oil change it should have not taken that long to do. Even if you are short staffed cars should be by their appointment times. Was not offered a free oil change for our inconvenience or anything. Honestly seeing as this was the last free oil change we might start looking into other places to get our oil changed. Because at least at Walmart we can walk around the store while we wait. Had a lady in the waiting room with a dog that wanted to jump on people she was not controlling it at all.
