  Very happy with my overall experience, took my 2020 Mazda for inspection to get a second opinion on possible issue with engine mounts and the service department was very through and professional. They found an issue that the other Mazda dealership did not and took care if it. I requested to get the full inspection sent to my email and they did with no problem.

  My wife was looking for her new Mazda CX-90, and we had the pleasure of working with Sr. Freddy at Mazda of Gastonia. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy — everything you hope for when buying a car. Even though we live in Asheville, NC (about two hours away), we were confident doing almost 90% of the process over the phone because of the trust and clarity Freddy provided. When we arrived at the dealership, every detail — from the paperwork to the insurance — was perfectly prepared and ready to go. All we had to do was see this beautiful family SUV and make our decision.   I had a wonderful experience at Gastonia Mazda today. I went in just to look at a car and ended up driving a brand new car off the lot. The employees are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I highly recommend Mazda of Gastonia to anyone looking to purchase and/or trade in their vehicle!!!!
