When I made the appointment, I called the service center and was greeted by a lovely young woman (I can’t remember the name) who helped me with the appointment and my needs. When I arrived at the service center, I was delighted to be assisted by Aaron, who was kind, polite, and professional. They took the time to explain the needs of my car and the prices involved, while I relaxed in the very comfortable waiting room. Many people might say, “Your car is 13 years old, why go to the dealership?” But little do they realize that they’ve answered their own question. His interpersonal text and phone call style prompted us to go to the dealership to meet him in person. Based on our interaction with Cayden at the dealership, he made the test drive experience outstanding. He had complete knowledge of the car and its advanced electronic features which was very helpful. Cayden was then very understanding when we told him we needed a couple of days to think about whether or not we wanted to abandon our Toyota RAV4 for a Hyundai Tucson. Ultimately, Cayden stayed in touch with us in a very supportive and informative manner which brought us back into the dealership; and ultimately we bought the 2025 Hyundai Tucson we test drove during our first visit. In the end, our sales experience was so pleasant that we plan to have two family members meet with Cayden and talk about their future car purchases from Keith Hawthorne Hyundai with Cayden as the salesperson.
