The wait time was excessive, and the sales manager was not friendly, seeming serious and a little rude. Furthermore, the online prices were misleading, with a significant markup at the dealership by nearly 10,000. Also they are adding mandatory 1700$ lifetime protection service which we cannot deny. If we don’t need it.

Only suggestion have the car 100% ready upon arrival and detail guy needs a little more detail work , plastic on a lot of things. But Evan handled the deal professional and I was so pleased no add on junk to hassle with like nitrogen tires for 500 dollars none of this it was great and I would suggest to anyone looking for a Hyundai call Evan retired military and super great.

They pulled the 5 day old car around and said the preppers were working on it. It was covered in mud, dirt on all the interior mats. Spilled coffee in the holder and a sticky drip down the sidewall of the center console. Dog hair on the seats and carpet. Plus it had 200 miles on a brand new car. 1st impressions are everything and this place did not do that.
