  First off the salesman Chris was great. He knows campers as he lives in one himself. The problem is when we bought this camper we informed everyone that we had contact with at this store that we are moving into it. It’s not a carry here for the weekend and let it sit in the backyard for months. It is to be our home. During our final walk thru we were informed that we need to return it in 60 days and to have a list ready of things that are not working. We were told this should take a day maybe two. Thought ok we can do that and can see the reasoning behind it. So in 60 days we hired someone to take the camper back, we had an appointment as we called in advance to set it up. Was told that we would be informed as soon as they had information for us. That was over a MONTH ago. It took them 3 weeks just to get permission to even look at the problems and order parts. Now I’m told the parts will take 1-3 weeks to even come in. They will have this camper longer than we have at this time. When I called and voiced my concerns, I was told “ you can come get it anytime you want” no repairs! This is unreal. Having worked in the auto industry my whole life we take care of the customer and get reimbursed from the factory. Camping world does not know that concept evidently. As the saying goes ( I am NOT a happy camper )

  Highly recommend!!! Mike Reyes took care of every question I had, even videos and walk through demos of a camper I was looking at! I'm in Texas, so remotely shopping for a camper is difficult, but he made the experience both easy and was always provided updates and followup. I have worked in sales for a number of years, and this is next level support for someone who has not spent any $ and is not able to be there in person. If you are looking for someone to practically be your concierge ask for Mike, him and his manager set the standard for customer support and service!!

  It is with great trepidation that I write this review, but I think I have not choice. I purchased a new Camper from Camping World of Garner in July 2025. We did not get the actual camper we looked at, because by the time we were ready to purchase, it had sold. So they got another one. The transaction happened. We had a first new camper and we were so excited. Two months later we went to an appointment that they scheduled for us to bring up any issues that we found with the camper. I thought this was wonderful. I thought, "Wow, this is how you are treated when you buy a new camper." So we took it back in September of 2025. We had three issues that I thought they should address. 1) The electric plug will not connect correctly to the side of the camper. 2) There is a soft spot in the bathroom floor. The floor bends, and it should not bend. 3) The front door will not close well or easy. They examined the camper and the service advisor told me: 1) The plug was fine, I just needed to try harder. 2) The floor is soft near the toilet; they will seek the manufacturer warranty to repair it. 3) The door is bent, and they would again look to the manufacturer for warranty coverage. Since then, I have been ghosted. I have called, at least 10 times and passed from one person to the other and no one cares. I called and ask for someone who can help me to call me back. The nice lady on the phones assures me that someone will call me back. No one has once called me back. They don't seem to be disputing my claims on numbers 2 and 3. They just have forgotten and ignore me. I bet if I took this same camper to them as a trade in, they would dock me for that soft floor and door that doesn't close right. Frankly, I am still not able to get that electric plug screwed in right. I bet if I was trading it in, they would agree that the plug is not right. I have had several campers in the past, always used. I wanted a new one, without all the "used RV" problems. They have taken all the fun out of getting a new camper. I don't know what else to do. I have called the manger. I have called the service department. Amazingly, the sales people called me once, but they just sent me to to the service people, and they said, "We will check on it and get back with you." But no one get's back with me. This is wrong. I cannot recommend this place and I wish I had not purchased this camper from them.
