- STSilvia TrejoJan 11, 20251.0I’ve used this company since I’ve bought my house and they were really great, I’ve had no complaints. They would always come a day after or even the day of being called. Until these past couple months. I called over a month ago and the man that answered the phone reassured me that he would put me down on the list and they would come by to fill my tank up. I kept calling and they said “we’ll put you on the list” and well they haven’t because it’s been well over a month. I have called at least 5 times within a month and nothing. Terrible customer service, every time I call they only say “I’ll put you on the list” or “hopefully they make it today”.
