Quick & painless. Did not push anything I did not request nor need. Respected that I chose to purchase & install my own air filter, unlike DK where they told me I needed a nearly $300 brake job. Very informative, showing me my fluid levels before & after oil change, and a surprise safety inspection first thing! Thank you.

Had a great experience today with Andrew and Aaron (? bad with names). Gave me water while I waited in my car, didn't have to get out once (not even to pay), showed me what they were switching out and the differences between the two, great conversation, very friendly, and overall made me feel very comfortable. Cool dudes and fast work, will be coming back. :)

Steven and Jacob were so friendly from the moment I entered their business. Steven handed me a water (and I was very thirsty at that moment) then instructed me in to the stall with my car. Assisted me out of the car (said I could stay on if wanted) after performing an exterior safety inspection. Showed me to go then later came and showed me the filter and asked about type of oil and a few other things. Very attentive.they made me feel at ease and suggested I check the web page for coupons. A great experience. I will come back again.

I have a SS sports car. I just don’t trust anybody too. There’s an excellent shape. I took it in there for a 10 minute oil change. They had a hard time trying to get to my oil filter, which caused me to have to stay there for an hour, but they gave me a heck of a discount and the guys was really sweet about it. I never mentioned that I had to stay there an hour I knew they was gonna have problems so they was very courteous. I will definitely go back and I highly highly recommend them. I was shocked that the price of my oil change was very high considering it was only $40 from my oil so I paid $70 just in labor times have really changed but as I was there an hour they do keep true to they were 10 minute old job. They got several In-N-Out while I was waiting. They did great communication. Everybody knew what they was doing. everybody had a job. They looked like they had it together. They were sounding off their counts . They would show me how low my oil was and once they filled it up, I’ll be going back just to get him to top it off Tomorrow and make sure everything is tight. That’s always highly recommended at anybody shop or anywhere. You get anything done, but there are a bunch of hard-working kids.

Took my new-to-me car with still just 30,000 miles on it to them for an oil change. After one kid has broken several push pins to completely remove the skid plate, another came out & said "hey, you know those are made to fold down, right?" The first kid said it was ok, bc he had a thousand push pins, that they were "made to break. Sometimes". I silenty wondered if they don't have a push pin removal tool, or if he was just being lazy in not asking someone to hand him one. IMMEDIATELY after leaving, I realized I never saw the guy go after my new push pins, & I never heard him ask someone to bring him some. I got out. Sure enough, I could only see around a dozen of the 20, & still multiple pins were now missing. I specifically decided against changing my own oil earlier today, AS I GOT UNDER MY CAR & REALIZED THAT I'D HAVE TO TAKE OUT ALL THOSE PUSH PINS JUST TO GET TO THE DRAIN PLUG. It is the only reason i chose to pay for an oil change today. THERE WERE NO MISSING PINS. So, I went right back. I explained that my plate didn't even look lined up correctly now, that the holes were no longer aligned. I said I had a pin removal tool at home, & told them that if they thought they'd have to take them all back out to get it aligned, that I wouldn't mind just using my tool at home if they could send me with a few pins. These same employees told me "No, it's ok, we got you, just pull back around". I thought that was pretty cool.... BUUUUT ! ! ! SURE ENOUGH, THEY PUT PINS IN THAT FIT THROUGH THE PLATE, BUT WERE WAY TOO BIG TO FIT INTO THE HOLES THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HOLD IT ON. NO WAY IT WASN'T OBVIOUS, THEY WERE PUSHING THE SKID PLATE DOWN, & CAUSING IT TO BOW & BUBBLE, ALLOWING WIND AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS TO CAUSE STRESS & CRACKS UNTIL IT BROKE OFF. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THESE 2 ACTED SO COOL TO MY FACE, YET LIED TO MY FACE, ON 2 SEPERATE OCCASIONS, WITHIN A 10 MINUTE SPAN... AND LET ME DRIVE OFF, KNOWING THEY HAD LIED TO ME, TWICE ! Well, technically, maybe the one who actually broke the pins to get to my oil pan is the only one who knew he had lied to my face the first time. I think both management & prospective customers should know they've got people in there who will lie to your face, over easily fixable situations, even when given an out, and then let you drive off... as if it's funny to do so. Edit.... I've realized now that management did attempt to reach out to me, so that's a positive. It's not their fault. I don't want to hurt someone's business, especially when someone in my shoes didn't get back to them. To be continued...
