Came back saying my battery was so bad and needed to be replaced, i have not had any indication of this so i passed. When checking out they said they left the vehicle running in fear that the battery would not turn over again. This did not sound right. I immediately drove over an hour home and opened the hood to test the battery myself. I found the multi meter used left in my hood and melted in my engine. I proceeded to test my battery at my house and two other locations which all stated my batterynwad over 80%. I contacted the general manager, as well as parts manager with no response. I also notified the mechanic agent who helped me that day even supplied a picture of the multimeter found and no response or apology. I will no go to this dealership again l, buy or sell a vehicle to them nor recommend. Horrible customer service.
