  🌟 Wonderful Service at Eden Tire Elite ​I recently brought my red 2015 GMC Acadia to Eden Tire Elite (formerly Tire Max, where I've been a longtime customer) for new brakes and rotors about a month ago. ​Initially, I experienced a persistent squeaking noise. The team promptly installed a second, premium set of brakes and rotors free of charge. ​The Stability Track Issue ​A couple of days later, the Stability Track light illuminated, and my car struggled to exceed 60 mph, feeling as if the tires might lock up. I immediately contacted Manager Wayne Sr., who asked me to bring the vehicle back. ​Initial Diagnosis: The light would not come on at the shop for two days, preventing a diagnostic code reading. Wayne professionally advised me to pick up the car and return when the light reappeared. ​The Root Cause: When the light came back on a few days later, they determined the issue was a faulty brake sensor—a common complication with the advanced sensor systems in newer model cars. ​Resolution and Dedication: Wayne took the car back and kept it for a week because he encountered multiple defective replacement sensors. His commitment was clear: he ordered another sensor directly from Chevrolet, which resolved the issue immediately. Before having me pick up the car, he personally ensured the sensor worked perfectly and the vehicle was a safe ride for me and my children. ​A Commitment to the Customer ​I was especially grateful that Wayne waived the fee for the brake sensor, demonstrating exceptional customer care. ​Wayne Sr. is highly professional, caring, and truly dedicated to his customers and his business. He treated me "as a person and not just a number" and is incredibly easy to talk to. ​I cannot thank him enough for his diligence in making sure my Acadia is safe. He deserves high recognition. I highly recommend Wayne and Eden Tire Elite and will certainly be doing all my future business here.

  I had an issue with a vehicle several weeks ago. Wayne Jr was an excellent representation of how an owner conducts business. He recognizes the situation at hand, addresses it and made sure that Eden's Elite will continue to get my business.

  Not happy with my service. Got a new tire and sensor. Left shop with the tire light still on and was told it would turn off eventually as I drove on it. Week later, I bring it back to the shop since the light was still on and am basically told they cannot read anything on ANY of my tires (even the 3 tires that I did not have replaced) and that I’ll need to come back yet another day so they can do a full diagnosis. This is after I’m told “it may be the wrong tire”. I came a little over an hour before closing so I understand there’s only so much that can be done, but after being under the impression it was a simple sensor issue I was not happy to walk out essentially being told to come back again and maybe they can figure it out. This is not the first time myself or someone I know has received faulty services. I was considering getting more work done here since it seemed a positive experience but will definitely not be returning.
