- CPCole PikeJan 5, 20261.0Originally quoted me for 200$ for a small brake line repair , tried telling me that my rack and pinion was bad because of a single bushing that was starting to ware out , told me that my rear brakes were sticking , they are not what so ever , no uneven wear on the rotors or pads , they said I needed pads and rotors and they were replaced a while ago and the pads aren’t no where near the end of their life , they also said I needed a new oil pan and oil change , funny thing is I changed my oil 2 days before bringing it in , but push come to shove they charged me 150$ just to look at it , tried telling me it was gonna be 1200$ for the brake line repair , it’s got a coupler on each end and is maybe 6-8 inches of line that can be accessed and seen without even taking the wheel off , 1200$ for a fix they originally quoted at 200$, Eden elite was a good shop when Wayne ran the show , but whoever runs it now just wants to take peoples money , save your money and save your time and go to a shop that’s been in business longer

Initially, I experienced a persistent squeaking noise. The team promptly installed a second, premium set of brakes and rotors free of charge. The Stability Track Issue A couple of days later, the Stability Track light illuminated, and my car struggled to exceed 60 mph, feeling as if the tires might lock up. I immediately contacted Manager Wayne Sr., who asked me to bring the vehicle back. Initial Diagnosis: The light would not come on at the shop for two days, preventing a diagnostic code reading. Wayne professionally advised me to pick up the car and return when the light reappeared. The Root Cause: When the light came back on a few days later, they determined the issue was a faulty brake sensor—a common complication with the advanced sensor systems in newer model cars. Resolution and Dedication: Wayne took the car back and kept it for a week because he encountered multiple defective replacement sensors. His commitment was clear: he ordered another sensor directly from Chevrolet, which resolved the issue immediately. Before having me pick up the car, he personally ensured the sensor worked perfectly and the vehicle was a safe ride for me and my children. A Commitment to the Customer I was especially grateful that Wayne waived the fee for the brake sensor, demonstrating exceptional customer care. Wayne Sr. is highly professional, caring, and truly dedicated to his customers and his business. He treated me "as a person and not just a number" and is incredibly easy to talk to. I cannot thank him enough for his diligence in making sure my Acadia is safe. He deserves high recognition. I highly recommend Wayne and Eden Tire Elite and will certainly be doing all my future business here.
