They greet you, look you in the eye, tell you how long they think it’s going to be, and are always courteous and make you feel like a customer and not a drag. That shouldn’t be a high bar but so many places don’t meet it. Then when they recommended some work on my car that was going to cost, I got zero bad or judgey or pressure-y vibes for saying I wanted to call and ask advice from people who knew better than me, and they agreed with Jiffy’s diagnosis so I don’t think they’re out to just take your money either. Happy to keep coming back for my oil changes and inspections.

They told me don’t worry it’s not a problem, go ahead and take a seat and we will still get it done. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes for them to come out and tell me that I needed my registration. I told them that someone had told me I didn’t need my registration. The guy who told me that said he didn’t know that I needed it and it was a miscommunication. He never even apologized. I wasted an hour of my life at this place. Would absolutely never come back. horrible customer service.

If you can't even get a simple quote over the phone, why would I trust you with servicing my vehicle? No thanks. Ill find a more competent team.
