My mistake was asking them to change my wiper blades. I paid the bill which included wiper blades at $39.99 each. I researched the blades and they are commonly found for $39.99 for a 2 pack! I asked them to remove them after I had paid and they refused saying that would be unprofessional! What is unprofessional is this type of price gauging!!

I started changing my oil myself after having a bad experience at another Jiffy Lube station where the workers hit my car. With some skepticism, I returned to Jiffy Lube because I began using a gas car for work again. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such excellent service. Travis offered to clean my headlights and did it incredibly quickly and efficiently. Kassi handled the oil change perfectly, and the whole team was very friendly. These are some of the best employees at Jiffy Lube. I wish them continued career growth. Happy holidays to everyone!
