I first spoke with Kris, a Service Advisor and knew from the onset, I had found the right place. She put me in contact with Matt the Service Manager and we scheduled the boat for service. I have a twin engine boat and one of the engines was experiencing problems which made navigating difficult at best. When I arrived, they had 5 dockhands ready to assist with bringing the boat in safely. Matt, and his Chief Technician Chase, looked at the boat and between the two of them, the issue was quickly diagnosed, a detailed estimate provided and the service was completed without issue. Everyone exemplified true professionalism, customer service and integrity. Matt, Kris, Chase and all of the dockhands are first class people who take their roles very seriously and with tremendous pride. From start to finish, this is one of the best experiences I have ever had and they had me back in the water quickly and boat drives like new. Matt even called within an hour of my departing the Marina to make sure I made it back to our slip without issue. If you are looking to have your boat serviced, cleaned, stored or just need fuel, West Port is the place to go. As a business owner, I fully understand how important customer service is today and West Port Marina is by far the best on the lake.
