    We were at camp world today in Concord, North Carolina with Griffin. Fitzgerald Who is the sales manager and also Lily Helms she is a service advisor, and I can’t explain to you how much help they have given us with our trade-in they put in a lot of work getting us the best deal for our RV that had some issues they were able to still give us a good deal. these are two Very professional, hard-working individual and not to mention the rest of the camp world crew that are so helpful and kind thank you camp world

    My family and I had an excellent experience with, both, Gavin and Griffin from start to finish. These two gentlemen were not only knowledgeable and honest; they genuinely cared about making sure we found the right RV for our needs—not just making a sale. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and far less stressful than we anticipated. Their attention to detail and customer service really set them apart. If you are looking for a trustworthy and professional RV business that truly puts their customers first, I cannot recommend Camping World enough. We will absolutely be returning and will be referring friends and family. Whatever you do, please ask for Gavin and Griffin. You won’t regret it!

    This is my first experience with Camping World as my loyalty recently had been through Blue Compass. Having never been a customer at Camping World I really don’t know what to expect but I had some basic expectations. Honesty, Efficiency, and integrity are the three attributes that win my business. My experience from start to finish has been a quick and simple process from working with my sales rep Danny to go over our trade in so we could start some numbers to our finance manager Michael Maus giving us one hell of a deal that was impossible to walk away from and helping us to lock it in. They even found an item we totally forgot about on the trade in and instead of becoming a bigger problem, Michael stepped up to ensure that there was no impact to our deal and we’re now proud owners of our next home away from home. I don’t say this lightly but Camping World is our new RV home base!

    I guess I need to take back my stars from previous reviews because camping world let me down in a big way. We dropped off our camper after Thanksgiving for some warranty repair work. I locked all the doors and compartments. Picked it up this past Thursday and noticed all the capartments were unlocked. Shrugged it off and brought my camper home. Today we realized our $250 battery chainsaw was missing along with both of our full 30 gal propane tanks! Called camping world very angry, they agreed to replace the propane tanks but won't give us a store credit for the missing chainsaw. Claims they are not responsible for stolen property. Really because if your techs would have locked the compartments my stuff wouldn't have got stolen. It's basically leave your camper here for two months for us to repair it but we are 🚫 t going to ensure it's safety. Also I talked to my niece who had stuff stolen from her camper while on their property. To top things off I checked the compartments where my generator and batteries are located and found they were unlocked too. There was no warranty work that involved them to need access to those compartments so that tells me this could be one of their own techs stealing. I really thought I found a camping world that was reputable but apparently not. We plan on upgrading to a Class C in two years but I can promise that purchase will not be at any camping world. They have burned me for the last time. I have contacted corporate and they have started a case. Update: the manager called me today to discuss the situation. He was very understanding of my frustration and anger. He agreed to give us compensation for the stolen chainsaw in the form of store credit and will further look into the processes of securing the campers once the repair work is completed. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

    We recently Purchased a new to us travel trailer from Camping World- Concord. After our experience, we will try to avoid camping world as much as we can. We went to look & absolutely loved the floor plan of our travel trailer & since this location was the only dealership within 6 hours of us to have this floor plan, we choose to do business with them despite everyone saying to avoid Camping World. We decided on the travel trailer we have & told them we’d come back to pick it up & complete the paperwork in 2 weeks. They stated that was fine & told us they would make sure to detail the trailer & have it ready to go. 2 weeks go by, in those 2 weeks we received approx. 15-20 calls or messages regarding our trailer & asking if we were still going to be there at our scheduled time, which was kinda aggravating but wasn’t too big of a deal. We show up at our scheduled time 10am & this is where we started going down here. Everything was going good at the start, started the walkthrough & we found that they installed a back-up camera which we told them in the 2 weeks prior that we did not want. We also found the mattress wasn’t swapped out for a new mattress as we were told would happen when we first came & viewed the trailer. We go inside & discuss the issues as we waited for the finance to be ready, which took over an hour, but no big deal. We sit down to start doing the numbers & papers at 11:30am. After several hours, at approximately 2:00pm, we told the finance guy we was working with if he couldn’t submit the paperwork work right, he had submitted the paperwork wrong 6 times which was causing issues, to unhook it from our truck & we were leaving. Well, 30 minutes later we get a new finance woman, Katie, she was awesome, she got our paperwork done in 30 mins & we thought we were good to go. Well, we thought wrong, we get out to the camper & decided to do a pre-trip walk around & couldn’t find our keys & found that the mattress still wasn’t swapped out. So we make a trip back inside & ask about the mattress & keys. The keys were zipped tied to the sink & we were told to go back to the camper someone would meet us down there with a mattress. After 30 minutes of waiting, no one showed up so we drug the old mattress out & pulled the camper up to the front of the building. We go back inside, pissed at this point because we’ve been here since 10am & it’s now 4:15pm & we’re trying to fix something that could have been done in the 2 weeks prior. Well, they start apologizing & someone finally brings a mattress out. We had to go, so we didn’t have time to put the mattress on the bed, so we threw the box in the camper & made the 1.5 hour trip home. Well, come to find out after all that crap happened, the mattress is way too big for our camper bed. Our salesman has texted about every 3 days since we got the trailer home asking about issues & we didn’t have any until we figured out the bed was too big. Well, we tell him that & sure enough we haven’t heard from him in a week. So we purchased a new mattress & have to sale the brand new one they put on our bed since it’s entirely too big. They move at the pace of a snail & give no crap about the customer. I highly recommended looking into other places to get your rv supplies or RV !!!
