    Give Austin a call. I knew i needed an upgrade from Norstar and i knew i needed to switch to a Big Tex gooseneck. When iwas out in Texas i asked around cause i figured thats where they are built id get a better deal. To the guy in Grand Prairie Tx he was useless. Austin is the man who saved me ALOT of money and his fabricator Rob showed me a trailer we was working on and the equipment he was adding looked clean and made me excited to know they stand behind their equipment and do GREAT work!!! I will tell everyone about this location!!

    I just bought a trailer from Johnathan Morin at Big Tex Trailers, and the experience was top-notch. Johnathan was straightforward, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any runaround. The whole process was quick and easy, solid customer service and great pricing. Definitely recommend asking for Johnathan if you’re looking for a trailer.

    Second time visiting this location of BigTex. Austin in the office was really helpful locating a part that was needed on one of our truck beds. Consulted with Robbie on issues with install at another location and gave me very detailed advice on a solution. Many businesses wouldn’t take the time to do things like this and it was much appreciated. Will do all of my business with this location from now on.
