  STELLAR EXPERIENCE! Thanks to salesperson, India! I am a craver of novel experiences and have moved very often. My husband & I have finally put down roots & I'm bored to tears. I've always wanted an RV. Hubby had zero interest. He didn't think it could work. He's very tall and we have a pony sized dog. And the truth is, I had never been in one. I caught my husband on a good day and we stopped to "browse." I've been in sales. Nobody wants to miss a commission with a "browser." We were very upfront that we were not making a purchase that day and perhaps...never at all. I fully expected to be met by a sour face and brief, half-hearted peek. ENTER INDIA. She was warm & inviting. Truly heard our concerns & led us directly to what could be a great match, answering our questions along the way. When his head would be out of the roof in the shower, she knew exactly where to go next. When I didn't think PonyDog would have enough sleep space? Problem solved. As we went along, my husband was actually getting pretty excited about the possibilities! India knew her inventory. With no rushing required, she quickly found us EXACTLY what work for our quirky threesome in no time. She didn't get a sale from us that day. Yet she remained not only professional, but delightful. We're all consumers and know that good service experiences are few. India was such a pleasure. And gave me a gift. Hope. My husband has done an about face on RV ownership and India relieved me of all concerns regarding dreams vs reality. When the moment is right, we'll be back to Colfax for it's impressive inventory & India, to earn the commission she rightly deserves.

  We are purchasing a trailer and have been working with Joseph. First, my daughter and I stopped in. I told Joe what I had in mind, that I needed to see the size in person, and we were not buying that day. He showed us several models and answered some questions I had. He did not try and sell us anything. I absolutely love that he respected that. I went home talked my idea over with Dad. He wanted to go look for himself. I set up an appointment and we went back to see Joe. That time we gave Joe specifics. What we needed and price point. He showed us several models that fit. Joe did not try and upset us or persuade us. For a couple of things we needed, he brought Shawn in. We were able to work out a deal that worked for us. Joe has been very direct and matter of fact which I appreciate. And, Shawn has been very patient with answering questions and walking us through everything, because we are new to this world. I would absolutely reccomend them both if you are thinking about an RV, trailer, etc.

  We purchased a used RV from Camping World, Colfax, NC this past week. I had read the reviews, (not the best) and was hesitant to even go in there, but they had the models we were looking for. Well we really had a great experience! Julie Anderson in Sales, was fantastic working with us as first time RV buyers. Katyn Boswell in Finance wonderful, Ryan in service was extra patient with us asking a million and one questions, Grant in retail was straight forward with us on purchases, and Shawn Hernandez made sure everyone was helping us the way we wanted! Since I'm in sales myself I wanted to give these folks a positive shout out! It makes a difference!!!

  We bought our 5th wheel in June & can honestly say that we have been blown away by the service at Camping World Colfax. Everyone has been amazing! From Matt, our salesman, the finance team, the walk-through education with the service dept, the cashiers, & for delivering it to our spot-as promised. We’ve also have had a great experience with Brad, the service manager & the service team that are assisting us with a warranty repair. And now I got a call from Mark to remind us to winterize, as there is a cold snap coming. Thank you to the entire staff, we are so happy with our RV & the support from your team!

  Place is terrible, don't buy from them. They sold me a camper with a rotted out roof. And tried to blame for damaging the roof after they stored it for 3 months after my purchase date and when I picked it up for the first time after 3 months I had a rotted roof and leaking windows and molded interior they slapped a patch on the roof and refused to fix it an insisted I hit the roof when I only had the camper for 2 days. They had the camper five months fixing the window leak. And when I got my brand new camper back I have a rotted roof and patch, shitty work really unprofessional staff and owners, don't stand by their work, super sheiesty I bought a camper new from them and the camper in one year has left the dealer for a week and a half and brought right back for more issues I bought something I can't even use. Then they lied to my insurance and said they didn't store my camper for 3 months, they lied to my insurance and said I picked up my camper in May when I picked it up in August. I have had this camper for 9 days total in my possession after 1 year of ownership otherwise it was sitting at the dealer for 5 months to do repairs that take 1 week tops, then work is so shotty it goes back to the dealer for another 4 months, these guys suck just want to steal your money and leave you holding the bag. Highly suggest you take your money elsewhere, I made the mistake so you don't have to.
