I had Ryan service my car and was a great help to me. If he is not in a leadership position at the station I would be shocked. The service from him and the others on staff was so friendly, informational, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Got to give a big Shout out to Nikki and Yafet, their customer service was top tier.
The last time at Strickland the wrong oil was used in my car and the customer service was cold and emotionless. The guys just seemed like they didn't care about customer satisfaction. Nikki and Yafet caught that the wrong oil was used and they were more people oriented. Nikki and Yafet should be training the other employees at Strickland on their customer service.

Elder Customer Neglected, Dismissed, and Put at Serious Risk
Update 11/17/25:
10:40 am: After sending a 2nd email and a "Good morning " text, someone finally reached out to my Mother-in-law via phone call. They apologized, stated that they will look at the camera to see what occurred and they will be refunding her money back. Thank you Strickland Brothers for having your customer service relations finally reach out today. However, your customer service requires some fine tuning both in-store and through your customer relations team. A customer should always feel valued by a manager, even when an issue takes place. Also, If you request someone to reach out to you immediately following a concerning review, you should do your best to respond in a timely manner to understand what transpired.
8:30 am: As of today, I still have not received any response. The owner specifically asked me to call, email, and text — I have done all three, and there has been no reply. I will update this review again if anything changes.
11/16/25: My mother-in-law went to this location on 10/22 for a routine oil change. She paid for the service and trusted that it was done correctly. At no point was she informed of any engine issue or recall.
Less than two weeks later, she discovered that her car had absolutely no oil — something that could have caused serious engine damage or a dangerous breakdown. When she returned, Nick, the manager, claimed that Precision Tune Auto Care had reported a recall on her car for to the engine. This has nothing to do with her car being left completely without oil after the service. He offered no inspection, no explanation, no apology, and no refund.
As a senior, she felt ignored, dismissed, and taken advantage of. This is completely unacceptable. She trusted this company with her vehicle and her safety, and instead was met with indifference and excuses.
I have contacted the company directly via email and phone call. The lack of accountability is shocking. I have also posted this review on both Google and Yelp so others are aware.
This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly caution others — especially older or vulnerable customers — to be careful with this location.

Although it's slightly more for me to go to Strickland Brothers, it's worth it. The customer service is outstanding, they are thorough, efficient, and professional. And they always plays great music 😊

Today was my 1st visit to this Strickland Brothers and it definitely won't be my last. The young man Nick was absolutely professional and on top of his job. The service went quickly and Nick wasn't pushy trying to sell other services, but offered a service my car need in a very respectful manner, which I agreed and got the extra service. The price was reasonable, but the over all service was fantastic...... 10 out of 10 in my opinion.
