Mack was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. He explained everything very well. Even the truck itself was noticeably nicer, cleaner, and drove better than other trucks I’ve rented. It was ready on time and returning it was a breeze. The facility also has a store which is worth a visit even if you’re not renting. Thanks Mack and everyone for a great experience!

They first told me I had travel to another location to rent.. then they said they would bring a truck... it will arrive 1 1/2 hours late and ruin my move out.. and move in as I had to cancel movers in the other side... thanks for making a stressful day much, much worse!

Truck stopped running because of that diesel fuel additive ran out so I was broke down in this dangerous truck on the side of the road (with my poor aging cat) in 90 degree weather for over an hour. Penske's answer to my problem was to insult me like I didn't know what I was talking about and shouldn't be driving such a big (26ft) truck. I've never had a more negative experience and will never use them again. I told them to keep their measly $75 kick back......
