- EREdward ReederApr 1, 20251.0I give Metropolis Parking in Charlotte a one star rating because I can’t give them zero stars or minus five stars. I parked in their garage for three (3) HOURS to have dinner. When I get the bill, they charge me for three (3) DAYS. I was in a dealer loaner vehicle and when asked to enter my plate number I did just that but did not include FD which I assume means dealer plates. When I appealed the $94.00 USD charge for three (3) days instead of three (3) hours they refunded me $12.99 so I paid over $80.00 USD to park three hours. Truth is when they charged me for three days, I wasn’t even in Charlotte on that third day. Their customer service was horrible. They don’t need my money but I will never ever use Metropolis parking for the rest of my life.
