- CDChad DDec 1, 20251.0Park anywhere but here. It does not matter if you pre-pay for concert parking and/or park here per venue instructions. This parking garage will issue you a predatory ticket. Clearly a scam.
- TGtom gregNov 30, 20253.0This was the fourth time I have parked in this garage. While the first three times were fine, this one gave me anger when I returned to my car and saw a parking violation. You see, I had prepaid on the ParkWhiz app and yet Metropolis decided to say that I had not paid and want me to fork over $65 for their mistake. I have submitted a claim and I'm waiting on a resolution as well as an apology. Apparently, this is a huge problem for those that choose to pay in advance. If I use this location again, i will pay with the QR code once I park.

I was there for a concert and figured it was a flat fee. Then, validation isn't explained well at all. So, because I did it in the wrong order, they wouldn't validate. This seems like one of those tech businesses who's app points the customer to spending the most amount of money possible with no recourse.
