    I left this hard-to-find location behind the McDonald's totally confused 😖. After they ran the emissions test on my car and it passed, the woman behind the desk advised me that the service she now offered was not mandatory for the State test. She then showed me a filthy, yellow air filter and said it was from my car, that it needed to be replaced, and that they had tested the tank for residue and found it there. As a senior woman, I did feel some pressure to let them do the work, but I was sure the filter she showed me could not have been mine, as I had it changed not long ago, I seldom drive, and my car sits in a garage. As far as her having a machine to test for the residue, maybe, but again, my regular, trusted mechanic never mentioned it. I inadvertently told her that I had a mechanic who took good care of my car, and I even called him and let him talk with her to hear what issues she found. My mechanic assured her that he would handle all the work needed himself! The woman behind the desk, looking worried/confused, took the filter back out to the mechanics and said something to them. Then I paid her for the emissions testing and left. I took my car to my regular, trusted mechanic, and he looked at my orange-trimmed, “not yellow” air filter and said it was relatively clean and did not need replacing. Regarding the residue in the tank, when I asked, he just smiled, and I knew that wasn't a worry either.

    The tech went over everything that was factory recommended. She showed me the air filter. She was very thorough. The oil change was very quick.

    I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years, it’s my first time in this location and I must say, they provided me with exceptional service. Very upfront and friendly. No hidden fees or shocking charges. Gave me a great amount of discounts. Of course, I will be coming back.

    JASON ruined my Jiffy Lube experience by patronizing me and treating me like an idiot. I had new sounds coming from my car after an oil change, and JASON got his feelings hurt about it, which led to his defensive emotional tantrum. The rest of the guys that work there are awesome, capable people, but JASON doesn't want a woman to have doubts about the weight of her oil selection. I didn't say it was your fault, baby boy. But I did let customer service know I wanted it escalated to the shop's owner. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 for Mike- thank you for taking care of Jason's behavior.
