In August of 2025 I called and made an on site appointment. I was quoted $200. fee just for the service call then plus, of course, the labor. I said that's fine but while he's here can he also address the electrical issues and my furnace motor? Yes. Fantastic. Jason arrived a half an hour before the appointment time without my being told. Then after he spent about ten minutes simply pulling out a broken inlet regulator for waterflow said he didn't have time to address the other issues that day. He did listen to the furnace motor but did not come in to see if there was actually heat. I paid $288.90 for Jasons 25 minute visit. August 8, 2025 they sent a text asking how the servie went. I returned a text letting them know my disappointment. The next text said "Thank you for contacting Leonards RV! Our team will get back to you shortly" It's October 23, 2025 I'm still waiting for a response.

I drove almost an hour and came out empty handed. Felt like I was bothering the guy. No help at all. Complete waste of time.
