    This was my first time going to Strickland Brothers Oil Change. They did a great job, communicated everything all along the way, and made sure they followed their protocol. The guys in the shop were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again.

    Strickland Brothers staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive knowledgeable. I love the way they greet me with big infectious smiles and a bottle of water. They keep me posted on every thing they’re doing. The guys do an excellent job on our Dodge Ram pickup truck. Thank you 😊

    Took my BMW in for a simple NC inspection: 1) No one there knew how to drive a stick shift. 2) They wouldn't let me pull it in myself, even though there was a girl in her car in the stall next to mine. 3) I had to hand the keys to my BMW(!) to a tech that "sort of knew" how to drive a stick. 4) They couldn't figure out how to open the hood and admonished me for walking in the bay and trying to help. 4) The tech couldn't find the OBDII port, even though I told him where it was. 5) They evidently didn't know how to turn the wipers off after checking them. 6) And, final insult, the tech that "sort of knew" how to drive a stick told me he felt like he was driving a Matchbox car. I've been coming to that location and the one in Graham for the past 18 years. Looks like I'll be going somewhere else for my inspections from now on.

    Customer service was exceptional and courteous . Mr. Stephen at the Burlington NC location on Huffman Mill Road goes above and beyond to provide a service that gives customers assurance that the job is completed successfully and correct. I look forward to having all my vehicles serviced at this location and encourage other customers to do the same. Also Thank you Mr Stephen for your Military Service to OUR COUNTRY AND COMMUNITY !!!

    It was my first time at a drive thru oil change so I was nervous about it since I normally do my own oil changes, but the guys at Strickland Oil really knocked it out of the park. They were upfront and transparent about what they were doing, gave thoughtful recommendations to help the longevity of my engine, there was clear and consistent communication throughout the shop. And our attendant Steven Scott was phenomenal, he was polite, attentive, he showed us a coupon to save some money on our service, there’s not a bad thing to say about them! I will definitely be coming back.
