I want to give a special shout-out to Greg, the Service Manager. Greg went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care. I purchased a used Palisade from a different dealer in town and in my first oil change there was an issue with the oil case housing that they couldn’t fix and I was told I would have to take it to a Hyundai dealer. Panicked and upset I drove straight to Crenshaw hoping for help and reassurance that my vehicle wasn’t going to leave me stranded and change all of my holiday travel plans. The service writer was nothing short of amazing! I gave him the information I was given, and he called the other dealer (twice) to save me on diagnostic costs. When he couldn’t get his questions answered completely, the service manager stepped in and was able to get information needed. They ordered the parts, used the extended warranty that was not purchased through them and had my vehicle scheduled for repairs in 2 business days. They told me it would be an hour long repair but was finished within about 20 minutes. Thanks to all of you at Crenshaw that saved my holiday plans and repaired my vehicle before Christmas!

I have been having an issue with the radio in my Kia K5 due to an update from Kia and it is out of the factory warranty. I have an extended warranty that would cover the diagnostics but my local Kia Dealerships would not accept my extended warranty to cover this issue. I decided to reach out to Crenshaw Hyundai and they said they have worked with my extended warranty company in the past and never had an issue. They scheduled me to come in the next day, and I am grateful for the help that I received from Kyle @ Crenshaw!
