Not only did he take the time to really listen to my issue but he offered a same day fix that included him driving all the way to Greensboro. We have been getting the run around by Strickland brothers in the area (to include the asheboro location, kernesrville and SB corporate) for the last four weeks regarding a significant issue with our vehicle that they caused. We’ve learned the service member who caused the issue has been let go due to continued negligence on multiple vehicles. The fact that Dorian was able to fix a four week long issue in a few hours speaks to him and his abilities alone. Strickland brothers are lucky to have him and should be thankful for a 4 star review instead of a 1 star for no reason other than the outstanding customer service from Dorian.

Took care of me carried on a conversation and did exactly what I asked him to do and and more some of the best people I have ever worked with and I’ve lived in Asheboro my whole life you have the best crew in there now that you’ve ever had you should be very proud of them and you should just really praise them for the job that they did and with the other people when I was in there fantastic

He clearly explained the price, what would be done, and showed me the filters and stuff so I could also see them. I really appreciated how transparent and straightforward he was. I’ve only had my car for a few months and haven’t driven many others, so I needed a little help finding a couple of things, but he was helpful about it. The oil change itself was quick, and they even gave me two free air fresheners when it was done. The price was great too, definitely recommend!
