I had installed newer streak-free wiper this year and the car stays under a tree so it accumulates debris at the blade. After cleaning them right in front of him and operating them with fluid showing they were perfect I asked him to show me exactly where on any blade was the issue. He had the nerve to look right at me and tell me it was "everywhere". When I asked to speak to the manager he told me he's the manager and if I don't move my car out of the bay he will call the police. He eventually relented and passed my car after I told him I "dressed" the edge of the wiper blade. You can't make this up folks. Be very careful if you go there for any kind of service, looks like they are looking to skin anyone alive with extra fees here.
