They stayed late to get us on the road that night despite us arriving just before closing. They were Knowledgeable, patient and genuine. Alquann has nerves of steel. Staying calm the entire test drive around back mountain roads. Taylor made the financing feel more like sitting on a porch swing with an old friend, talking about dogs and the weather, rather then a car lot office on a Saturday night. Caitlyn was always looking our way with a welcoming smile and helped keep us moving along smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. We love our defender!

My salesman -Donald- was super friendly, prompt, and communicative through the whole process of buying a car out of state. Similarly, Taylor, the finance manager, did a great job getting in front of any potential pain points with the paperwork and made the whole process a breeze. Out of state car buying can be a real pain, but everyone on the team at Land Rover Asheville was truly top notch, and hopefully I'll be back when I can convince the wife to add a new Defender to the fleet!
