- SSSue3 days ago5.0After stopping to help a young man who had just accidentally hit a buck on the very busy Hwy 200, on the eve of the Griz-Cat game, I somehow locked myself out of my running vehicle. I called Red's Towing since I had met one of their drivers at my job. Really nice guy! Luckily, for me, he was on-call and arrived where I was located within 15 minutes from when I called dispatch and quickly unlocked my vehicle. I hope anyone else that needs one of their many services gets Jay from Red's. He's the best! Thank You Jay and Red's Towing! I really appreciated the quick response, fast unlock and friendliness of Jay, especially during my moments of stupidity. The driver of the other vehicle was shaken up but not hurt thankfully. The buck was not so lucky...

I called because my car blew a seal and I lost all hydraulic pressure in my clutch and needed my car towed. I had my 5 y/o with me on Halloween night, we were gutted we wouldn't be able to go trick or treating. Red's sent Kevin from Pro towing (a partner) to come help us, and he made a very bad night so much better. Upon arriving he made my daughter smile with candy he'd picked up, and he kept polite conversation the whole way that lessened how bad the evening had turned with the car breaking down. I cannot express my thanks or my appreciation enough, because it's people like Kevin that restore my faith in humanity with kindness and thoughtfulness when people are having to deal with a bad situation. Thank you for making my daughter smile, for saving us in our time of need, and for easing some of the hurt I felt not getting to take her out for candy tonight. You're an amazing human being!
