- SCSusan ConnerNov 7, 20251.0This is one of the absolute WORST places to get a car.First, they sold me a car with a blown head gasket, then they sold me my current car. They don’t work with you on your repairs, and they don’t try and help when you experience constant car trouble. We’ve poured over 4 grand into repairs on our 2009 Chevy Cobalt and it was all for nothing, as this company sold us a car with almost 200,000 miles on it with significant transmission problems. Also, when they did do a repair to my car, they refused to put in the part they forced me to pay 1500 out of pocket for it and left it in the trunk of my car and it happens to be the engine wiring harness, which controls the electrical aspect of the car running, only to be told that this 7-8 repair job was basic maintenance and wasn’t covered by warranty. However, it turns out that repairs like those are NOT basic maintenance and I feel as though I was lied to. This is an absolute disgrace. Unfinished repairs, no proper hardship assistance, rude staff on the phone and in text messages. If you want to keep your sanity, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!
