I called around Bozeman and found that early January was the soonest anyone could get me in. I gave Yates a call and they were able to get me in the next week. James said it would take about 2 weeks, that is exactly what it took. He was more communicative than my insurance was, and everyone I dealt with in the office was pleasant. As for the body work, it looks great and is totally functional. No wind noise on my drive back to Bozeman in gale conditions. The detailing job was above and beyond anything I expected. If you live in Bozeman, or SW MT, give these folks a call. They’ll get you in quicker, the work is quality, and they are easy to deal with. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks again!

We have not received this level of customer service, communication and quality of work in years and I don’t say this lightly! They battled with the insurance company on our behalf and gave us advice on how to play the insurance game. In the end Yates was able to get us all new OEM parts not China after market or used parts off a totaled vehicle. Hands down Zach at Yates Body Shop and his employees have provided us the highest quality customer service; craftsmanship; concise and consistent communication you could ever imagine. The Yates team went over and above to insure that every aspect of the vehicle’s repairs were perfect and it has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of quality, care and customer service. They even detailed the interior of the truck, it is so clean!!!!!
