    There are several great places to have oil changes and service in Tupelo, MS. Having gone to Barnes Crossing Hyundai several times, I believe they are About the best. Service is professional, quick, and the price is better than these others offer theirs. They have coffee, bottles of water, and pop corn for the customers pleasure. I also had my son purchase a new vehicle about five or six months ago. He was happy with the deal given him. Give them a try, you will not go wrong.

    The pictures speak 🗣️ for themselves. Barnes Crossing Hyundai Collision Center did a fantastic job restoring my rear end bumper/trunk after my Jetta was hit in Oxford last November. Mr Daniel Hamm is the go to person for your collision concerns. He’s professional and very knowledgeable about restoration procedures on vehicles. His effort and commitment to my satisfaction is top tier. Mr Hamm made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. He assured me that my vehicle would be fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Mr Hamm for satisfying my collision repair. My Jetta looks brand new again — just like the very first day I purchased it.     Our experience with Barnes Crossing Hyundai was absolutely outstanding. Stephanie Richardson, our sales consultant, was extremely nice and supportive throughout the entire process. Josh Kilpatrick, the general manager, and Joe Marshall, the owner, also took the time to sit down and speak with us personally. The dealership is welcoming, friendly, and completely pressure-free. They worked with our budget honestly and transparently, no games, no stress, just genuine care and professionalism. This was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Barnes Crossing Hyundai to anyone looking for a respectful and enjoyable car-buying process!

    I initially was just browsing, I wasn't expecting ti purchase a car. My family and I was immediately approached by Hunter. I asked about a specific car and he directed me to the location of the car of interest. Every question me and my family had, he answered with no hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and after informing him I was just looking, he gave me his car and also provided me with details on how if I interested in different trims, he could give me a idea of payment options and it wouldn't affect me. Hunter went over and beyond to assist me, I ended up purchasing my 1st car. He worked with his team to ensure I was well taken care of. Everyone that approached us was friendly and we even got to meet Joe and he was very friendly and welcoming as well. Even though I was only looking, im glad Hunter crossed paths with us. If I could give a honest rating, it definitely would be well over 10, I'll give the experience 1000/10.

    Let me start with Josh Kilpatrick. Who is by far and above the best. His commitment to outstanding customer service is better than any I have ever received from a dealership. Keep in mind I have been a car owner for well over 50 years! Warning this is long! My 2011 Hyundai Vera Cruz was literally chewing up alternators. I was on my 2nd alternator in less than 6 months. So, I decided to switch mechanics shop. The new mechanic determined that there was oil leaking. He also determined that there were recalls that needed addressing. So, the car was towed to Hyundai dealership at Barnes Crossing. Initially, I spoke with Cherish a service agent. She said it would take probably four weeks to service my SUV. I explained to her that I had no other form of transportation in a town that does not have public transportation. I asked if I could have a loaner car. A few heated words were exchanged with her telling me no that I could not have a loaner!! She hung up on me!! Well I googled the name of the general manger for the dealership Josh Kilpatrick. I emailed him and he called me immediately. Now here is where he went far and above in customer service. I needed a new driver's license. Josh sent (Steve who was an absolute joy) to my home. He drove me to the DMV, and within an hour I had a new license. Steve then drove me to the dealership where I met Josh. A very young, very smart, genuinely kind human and a very handsome man. Josh gave me a new loaner car. The Sonata an absolute beauty. The performance of the Sonata is amazing. I have returned the Sonata and picked up my "Old Betsy." Josh, has made me a customer! So grateful that God saw fit that Josh was there for me. All good things flow to those who are good and Josh is absolutely good!! Thank you again!
