- JTJaquan ThompsonNov 5, 20252.0Do not take your vehicle up here for repairs, im currently still waiting for the grounding wire to be fixed on my truck and here it is 2.5 weeks later. I have to call to get updates and they tell me the same thing over and over, and when I drive by the dealership my truck is still sitting in the same exact spot from when It was dropped off. On top of that they have no loaner cars in stock for those who actually need one. Short staffed or not if there arent any loaner cars it would be beneficial to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Let's see how long my vehicle will be up there, they're obviously not doing anything to it. I've tried to be patient. Update: I have the ford app and I can see when my truck has been moved or driven, I called for an update after seeing it was driven expecting them to say the problem is fixed( I had to get it towed there btw because it wouldnt start)the person IN the service department asked for my number to call back when HE gets an update and the kicker is my truck is parked right outside if the department im honesty confused rn its not making sense.
