The staff was extremely friendly so I hate to not give them all the stars - but an appointment set a week in advance for a tire rotation and oil change shouldn’t take 3 hours. I mean, even if you didn’t have an appointment it shouldn’t take 3 hours. But I did. And also left my floorboards dirty with footprints, mud and grass :(

I brought my car to Midas for a loud noise that I have had for almost 3 months. Since they installed front brakes and rotors. They told me that I needed back brakes and rotors. I had front brakes and rotors placed 3 months prior and they said that my back brakes were good. They changed the brakes and the noise continued. It actually got louder. I told them that I believe that it was the front but they wouldn't listen to this lady's opinion. I should have asked to see my old parts. I also had a check engine light. They installed the wrong part and sent me on my way just to turn around. I spent 8 hours there although I had an appointment. I believe that I brought rear brakes and rotors for nothing.

Do NOT go here. Completely dishonest and impossible to communicate with. I dropped off my car before 10 a.m. for a simple battery change and was told it’d take about three hours. I trusted them and rearranged my entire day to wait — huge mistake.
They never called once. Every “update” only came after I chased them down, and every time the story changed: “soon,” “maybe tomorrow,” “first thing in the morning.” Daniel promised to call after “talking to the manager” — of course, he never did. When I finally called again at 5:58 p.m., he said, “We’re closing in two minutes. If you want your car back, come get it.” Then he promised he would check my car first thing in the morning, and give me a quote before 8:30am.
The next morning? Still nothing. Another lady snapped, “You are second in the line. I don’t know who promised you that.” When I said I’d pick up my car if I didn’t hear back by 10, they finally sent a quote — $645 for a battery and oil change. I took my car to AutoZone instead, paid $260 for a top battery, and they replaced it for free in under 10 minutes. I still had to pay Midas $60 for the diagnosis even though I told them from the beginning that I just needed to change the battery.
They wasted one day and half of my time and forced me to cancel appointments just because they couldn’t be honest or communicate. They’ll keep your car, string you along, and make you do all the follow-up. Absolutely infuriating experience. I later found out several of my friends had the same nightmare with this place — dishonest and misleading. I was fooled by their high rating and wish I’d read the one-star reviews first.
