- MNMy NameJan 6, 20241.0Was supposed to get 2 new doors on car they put 1 new door on and said they couldn't find the front door and just repaired it without asking if it would be OK. Took twice as long as they said and wouldn't answer the phone or call me back.the new door has runs in where they painted it.
- JSjohn sellersMar 18, 20201.0A friend of mine had her 2007 Mustang GT recently repaired. ...sort of... We were aware that concessions would need to be made based on part availability. When we were called to pick up the car, it was not complete, it was not clean, and I had to wait for the exterior only to be washed. The interior was beyond dirty. The car is silver. B&W used nasty, dirty, purple door hinges to remount the driver side door. We have waited 4 weeks to get one piece of trim painted and returned. B&W never called until we insisted the part be ready for pick up today.
