Unfortunately- turned out that a pin sheared off, rendering our hitch and the parts we needed as useless. The guys in the service center were ready to clock out when they saw what we had, and stayed to replace the hitch. Can’t say enough thanks for their service and friendliness! Way to go CW!!

We were told at purchase, they would order them and mail it to us. It's been 1 1/2 years several calls even talking to a manager, every time saying they will get them and mail it out. We even offered to pay for them and still can't get the caps. Just not happy with the long term experience.
