Dale took the time to help myself (a very novice travel trailer owner) how to properly hook up my RV to Jeep, even though I bought it from another camping world, he treated me like family and made sure I had a good and safe trip to Colorado, and Tony came out of what he was doing with the right tools we needed. Dale and Tony, much appreciated guys. Super solid folks here. I highly recommend!

They took forever to come out and check everything so we had to set in the parking lot for A HOUR AND A HALF! The woman that finally came out and checked us in was super sweet tho!

- B_Birdie _DeNov 11, 20251.0REGRET!!!!!!!!! the day we walked into camper world in Biloxi, Ms. I said to Patrick we do not want to finance or trade our camper. but they would not give us a lower price on an RV without financing. Said oh you can pay it off in 5 or 6 months wont be that much interest on it! Made a fair trade in offer. WELL Its a long story no one wants to read 2 whole days of tactics! just know they knew how to play us. Sales tactics and coercion!! In order to get the RV at a lower cost we did what we didn't wanted to do. finance and trade!! They took us on all of that! By the time it was all said and done they took our older camper as a trade-in ended up giving us way less than stated in the beginning due to missing bunk mattress, that they said they would have to replace, so deducted that from the offer!! We felt powerless!! And get this a few weeks later our trade rv is up for sale without the bunk mattresses and the price for the camper is 6000 more than they gave us. Even though we paid for the 2 missing bunk mattress. After everything was said and done and all those finance charges ,warranties, and insurance fees. We feel took! BIG time! Be aware they will make all this look and sound wonderful!! But they are gonna rip u good if your ignorant to all the SALES TACTICS AND COERCIENS. like us! Oh Oh and know they will tell you not to pay off the bank before 6 months or the bank will hit them with fees. WELL they didn't mind hitting us old folks hard in the pockets now did they? ======================== Nov the 8th 2025 We just took our first trip this weekend to The beautiful Smokies and had to a fix a leak under the kitchen sink. It's freezing and snowing up here right now as I write this review we can not keep the furnaces running!!! It runs and cuts off, but will not auto back on till we turn it off completely, wait a bit, turn it back on then it will heat up then we have to repeat it all again. Yeah, So much for paying them to make sure it is all in working order before we pull it off the lot!! It's now our problem, they could care less.
