I went to go get my car serviced due to a popped tire & as soon as I pulled up into the service bay, the advisor Romancia I think that’s how it’s spelt, looked at my spare tire immediately and was like oh… and looked irritated already. Asked if I had been there before, I said no. She looked like she didn’t want to take care of me from the start, which left me bothered. I usually go to Wolfchase Hyundai cause that’s where I bought my car from but I moved too far away from there. I told her Wolfchase Hyundai spoke to me and said I could use my road hazard warranty there, that they’d just have to call them or the company called First Mild. I told her that and she looked at me as if it was too much and then she kept saying she couldn’t get them on the phone so I sat there for almost 3 hours and finally walked out with a new tire, but still no good attitude was received. I won’t be coming back here for service, it was unfriendly. I’ll be taking the time to make the drive to Wolfchase Hyundais
