It was my Granddaughter's car. She had a leak in the window washer system. They worked it in and got it done. Thanks for the great service and work. I have been using the Wentzville location for 16 years. I have had no issue with either their service or their work. I highly recommend them.

I came in for two new front tires. The gentleman at the customer service counter was great when the problem came up he solved it in a timely manner. The hiccup is I just had new front hubs put on and my concern is that I don’t know if the person who removed it did anything to damage the hub when he knocked the stripped stud off the hub bearing.
The gentleman who was doing the training needs to not let such a new employee work on such a heavy duty truck without full supervision. I do understand things happen but this could have clearly been avoided.

Just got new tires at a competitor who didn’t do wheel alignment’s. I saw that Dobbs was open but they were jam packed. I thought it was a long shot but went inside to ask what my chances were on getting an alignment because I was leaving town and didn’t have time to schedule an appointment. It wasn’t even 30 minutes and they had my vehicle in the bay. I was out of there in about an hour. I was flabbergasted! I should’ve just got my tires there and had it all done at once. I know where to go next time. DT, you’ve been beat!
