I’ve had my challenges with Club Car Wash in the past—especially at the O’Fallon, MO location—but I’ve been going to the Wentzville location lately, and it has completely changed my experience. Today I needed a new sticker after having my windshield replaced. Mya helped me out, and even though she was experiencing computer issues, she stayed calm, apologized, and did her best to get it taken care of. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t mind the delay, but I really appreciated how much she cared. Thanks to this location and to Mya, I’m enjoying my membership again!

I have recurring payments for the MVP wash with Club Car Wash. I usually go through the wash about once a week. After exiting the wash on Thursdy, September 4, I proceeded to park and dry off the car and vacuum. Upon drying the car, I noticed that the wheel shine was not applied. This is not the first time this has happened. I decided to finish drying and vacuuming the car. I returned to the entrance booth to speak to a worker. After notifying him that the tire shine was not applied, he scanned my barcode to check the problem. He advised me that they will sometimes turn OFF the tire shine manually on a computer pad right inside the entrance to the wash. He said they do this sometimes because people complain that the tire shine gets on their paint because it splatters back as the car is moving through the wash. I HAVE NEVER complained about it getting on my paint or requested it to be turned off. They did this without asking my approval. This is part of the service I pay for monthly. It leads me to believe that they are doing this randomly as to save money for themselves on the tire shine. I sent in a complaint email to the "contact us" email on the website. Their response was as follows: "I am sorry for any inconvenience. I do not see anywhere that the tire shine has or was turned off on your membership. Notes have been placed on your membership to watch for this when you go through the wash. Please reach out if you continue to have issues." So the moral of this story is...even though it may not be "turned off on your membership", they can still manually turn off items in any of the wash levels at their will. Kerrie Wilbert

Out of all local car washes, this one is my personal favorite. I feel this way because the customer service is superb and the service and quality of the wash is second to none. I will continue to return here and even will consider a membership. Also thank you Andrew for the amazing customer service.

I visited their brand-new location and unfortunately sustained damage to my vehicle during the visit. When I filed a report, I was told they would not take responsibility, claiming the damage wasn’t caused by them — despite the fact that my vehicle was new and in perfect condition beforehand. After reaching out multiple times via email, I never received a response or any follow-up.
