- PPPhyllis PorterJan 6, 20261.0We have been a customer since opening day but probably will not return. The service is getting worse every time we visited. Went today for $12 Tuesday was told price is now $14..ok understand. After paying we were asked would you like a towel..yes we would. We received dry towels not the moist ones that we should receive. Went through car wash..not the best job. Our wheel wells had dirt all inside them. Then we headed over to the vacuums..we had to go to 4 bays to find working ones. They did have some roped off due to not working. The customers around us were complaining to each other. I then went to find the tray to get the spray bottle and some moist towels..EMPTY. I tried to find someone so I knocked on the employees door no one answered as I looked to my side and employees are out there standing around on their phone. We finished vacuuming our vehicle and left. We then went home to get the other vehicle and went to the location in LSL…service was EXCELLENT! We will be using them from now on.
