He asked me what was I trying to accomplish and I explained everything to him. Jeremy was able To get me in the following day, we went over when I tried to accomplish with my overhead bed. He had the top tech look at everything he couldn’t come up with a good Resolution to the problem. It was a very unusual situation, and because there was no adjustments laterally to the There wasn’t a way to adjust it. I’m very pleased with the outcome. They took me serious about everything. I want to try to accomplish and did the best they could It was out of their hands. I’ve been going to Camping World for three years now I’m very pleased with the whole staff in the recommend Camping World in Wentzville Missouri to anyone who passes through Very satisfied customer And thank you very much, Jeremy. What is the deal why does it take so long just to get service work done we're talking not a couple of weeks but months. My husband and I that we could travel and enjoy life but so far after having it a year it's been in the shop more than in our driveway. We spent over 100 grand and bought extended warranties etc but nothing is ever covered we're constantly being told. Nobody ever knows what's going on with your RV or when they're going to have time or the parts to fix something. I'm surprised they don't charge storage fees. Most likely that's coming here real soon or they just hold on to all these RVs sitting on the property to make it look like they have a lot of inventory when they really don't I don't know what their deal is but I've never dealt with anything like this before in my life. I'll never do it again.
