Yesterday, I stopped by the Dobbs location on Laclede Station Road to get my serpentine belt replaced. The old one was 16 years old and had over 224,000 miles on it. It was beginning to show signs of wear and cracks on it. Steve, the retail sales manager and another sales person behind the counter were very courteous and professional in explaining to me all of the work necessary to be done to replace my old belt and put a new one on. After the work was completed, they went over the bill, and explained to me in detail all of the charges and warranties. The pricing was much more reasonable here in comparison to dealership prices. By the way, they also gave me the 10% discount which is good for the month of November. I was happy about that. Take care and keep up the good work! Happy holidays to all!

I was visiting STL from out of town when, on a Saturday, the check engine light was blinking. They looked at the car in a timely manner, helped me get to where I was going, and completely fixed the problem. We made it home safely. Well done!

Great service at the Yorkshire location. I’ve had terrible experience with auto mechanics over the past few months and stopped by Dobbs for a second opinion. The service was informative, the technicians and staff were friendly and explained everything, and I will be frequenting this location.

Dobbs Steve and Nick did a phenomenal job helping me with a tire issue. I had a huge commercial nail in my tire and it was non repairable due to location. I was able to get all the work done and new tires without any delay. They provided exceptional customer service and explained everything to me so I could make an educated decision. I knew it was time for new tires so I chose to get new set rather than just replacing one. My brakes, alignment, and shocks had some issues so they were able to fix those issues as well. The STL roads have been really bad this year so I had a feeling they may need to do additional work. They have always been my go to car maintenance and repair services. They also back their work with fixed forever warranty and follow up routine care. Thank you Dobbs Yorkshire !!!

I previously came from the Dobbs on Chippewa and left there due to many problems. This Dobbs is a breathe of fresh air. Appointment times are make and actually kept instead of waiting for hours. Steve was helpful, honest and respectful. Not pushy or no lies! The location is not close for me but the honesty and respect will keep me coming back. The Chippewa location could learn a few things from Webster. Oh and finally a waiting room and restroom that were CLEAN and convenient for waiting
I wanted to amend this write up as on Saturday when I was there I had a wheel alignment and 4Goodyear tires. There was a coupon that Jeff the new person printed out from the website for a Mastercard rebate that I saw and showed to Cody,Steve and Jeff so it was NOT my imagination and if was valid until October 31,2025.. Neither Steve or Cody could find the rebate information and I was told that they would investigate and call me on Monday. No call came, I called on Monday and Steve told me he was busy and would call back and again no call. Today Tuesday I called and spoke with Nick as Cody was promoted and Steve was off. Again I was told there was no coupon and again I told the complete story. Nick said he would call Cody to confirm and call back and AGAIN no call back. I am frustrated and tired of being called a liar. So my advice DONT TRUST OR THINK A COUPON ON THE DOBBS WEBSITE WILL BE HONORED! Now it’s time to call the BBB!
