They wave you in so close to the car in front of you.... the bumpers are almost touching and then the spinning washers can't get between the two cars. So then the back of your car does not get washed. I'll take a video next time to show what I'm talking about. It's happened multiple times and I'm tired of it and my car being half washed. My husband and I have been members for years now and I'm considering going to check out other washes if this doesn't get fixed.
