They were built entirely too small for the amount of cars that want to come through. This easily gives the instant appearance of much longer lines that immediately turn you away from even wanting to use it.

Our car suddenly stopped for a quick second and the car behind us hit our back bumper pretty hard. The people on site got our number and email and said they would take care of it. A few days later they emailed us to say they were not responsible and that we would have to fix it ourselves. It 100% was not our fault and it's going to be $900.00 to fix

Staff is still friendly and do a good job with the pre wash. Not a fan of the tire shine because it slings up and down the side of your vehicle but they can turn it off if you request it. The free vacuum is great to finish off that freshly washed car!
