My journey started in April 2020, but due to the pandemic and shutdowns, we couldn’t find a Ram 1500 with everything I wanted. Tyler kept looking, and only contacted me if he found something close. In July I decided to order one, but Chrysler decided to cut off orders literally while I was at the dealership placing the order, not Behlman’s fault, but a blessing in disguise because I realized I needed a 2500. When they started taking 2021 orders Tyler told me, and I ordered my awesome 2500. I’ve bought 11 vehicles in 30 years and Tyler was by far the best salesman I’ve dealt with.
