This placed talked my 81 year old mother into buying a 2022 Coleman 28 ft trailer in the spring of 2022. It wasn't bad enough that it was too much for my truck to pull, even though they swore it'd be fine, but when we figured out we couldn't use it due to her health reasons they would only offer half what they sold it for. To make matters 100% worse every single payment we make to Huntington Bank in Tennessee goes mainly toward interest so the principle stays the same continuously. This financing is exactly the same as rent to own buildings! All you pay on is the interest! We just checked the balance and it's still on $25,000 after the last time we called for a payoff quote. Now we are stuck with a camper and cant even sell it for what it's got left!

The salesman was great and he was very helpful helping us find the camper we loved for our first camper, a 2022 Forrest river vibe. However from the functional side we have had very many issues arise. The heater worked properly when they showed us the camper while it was warmer weather, but now that we are staying in the camper during colder weather the camper doesn’t heat properly. The furnace is under the kitchen sink and after buying the camper and looking under the kitchen sink there was foam insulation and plywood pieces covering the floor. The toilet wasn’t seated right onto the rubber seal and started leaking when we would use it. Half of the seal was proper and the other half was hanging over where the waste would go into after flushing. This caused 1/4 of an inch of waste to be trapped/built up under the toilet and the floor after I removed the toilet to repair the seal. Multiple lights not working properly, when you go to press them to shut them off/on they don’t work. If you’re buying your first camper make sure to take your time and thoroughly inspect the entire camper not just what they show you.

Beware and be prepared to be ghosted, especially by the Sales Team. In short, bought a camper and paid for extra parts they would install on my truck. After two months I went and bought and installed the parts myself so I could take delivery on the camper. They promised to refund via credit to the lender. In short, no parts or credit received. There is more to the story, just know they are the stereotypical RV retailer we all hear horror stories about. Good Luck if you dare to do business with them.

Buyer beware. They sold us a new camper that has had nothing but problems. They take forever to fix anything, they don’t call anyone back, they take no responsibility for anything. I finally got my camper after calling at least 20 times. I finally got my camper back with a bad water heater because they let it freeze. They led me to believe that they would blow out the water lines and it would be fine. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this group of incompetent people. As as a group of people, they are no good and can’t be trusted.

Worst experience of my adult life. Bought a brand new $45000 camper that has had nothing but problems. Got it in for warranty work after making the appointment they didn’t want me to leave it but I did only to call multiple times in the following 6 weeks and be told they would call me back but never did. After insisting I need an update I was finally told nothing had been done and my work order was cancelled. No one could explain why but said they would put in a new work order. 4 more weeks go by no communication from them. Again called them several times to be told they would call me back. No one ever did. Temperatures were starting to drop and went there with my store bought antifreeze to winterize camper while it was still in their care. They wanted $150 to winterize and could not tell me when I might get my camper back. They convinced my husband to let them blow out the lines and said that would take care of it and no need to winterize at the time. 4 more weeks go by and we decide we are showing up to figure out where we are with the warranty service. They told us our lines were frozen and they would have to thaw them. When they did they discovered our water heater busted and wanted us to pay $1200 for a new one. They refused to take any accountability and told us it was our fault for not winterizing. I took my camper back immediately and NEVER intend on returning to camping world. Horrible customer service. Once they sale you a camper they will wash their hands of you and do not care about you as a customer. This was my second camper I bought from them. I would strongly suggest to not give this place your business unless you want to be left on your own and no one caring about you or your situation with the camper they sale you! Wish I could give them a negative rating because they don’t deserve a one star! The fact that they respond to their positive reviews and ignore their negative review only further backs up my point that they do not care. No big surprise they will ignore this review too.
