- MMMarcieNov 15, 20255.0We called today (Saturday) on a crunch at 12pm, they got us in for an alignment and all four brand new all season tires and had us taken care of by 2:30! Very reasonable pricing for everything as well. Steve took great care of us, and Andrew that we talked to on the phone was so kind and helpful!

I had discovered I had a nail in my tire one morning on the way to work so I called another tire place about scheduling a time to get it patched. The guy was super rude so I decided to call Dobbs instead. Nathan I believe his name was, was super friendly, polite and helpful. Steve who had called me with an update on the vehicle was great and even suggested some other work to be done to which I gladly scheduled future service with them. I really appreciate all the great customer service I received here and on short notice too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in the future

I was an hour away from home and didn’t want to chance getting stuck on the side of the road so I brought the car in. They got me right in And found that the tire had been repaired before and that there was not a way to repair it again. It was probably time to put new tires on my forerunner. They were able to put them on and get me back on the road again thank you so much for taking care of me.

They told us we were wrong, “fixed” a thing that wasn’t wrong and charged so much, issue still there. Called up and they told us we were wrong that it couldn’t be broken bc they fixed it. Issue was something was leaking and it was over heating. They “fixed” and next day it was leaking and over heating still. Over 1k spent and a car still broken. Spoke to us like we are stupid too customer service was -1/10
